Because of the highly visual and participative signature style of all our 'live' Management Training Programmes, it became apparent to us that, if we packaged the training materials, in a suitable format, they would prove of real value to a whole range of Clients. We are therefore, continuously, selecting suitable Training Sessions and Management Exercises, from our own portfolio and developing them into complete Training Packages. As each Package is completed and fully validated, it is offered for sale, exclusively, in our Training Packages Store. Although the Training Packages are produced to the highest professional standards, our policy is to price them very modestly so that they are within budget reach of most organisations. There are three Product Categories available.

Full Session Training Packages which contain all the materials to run Training Sessions, lasting from three hours to a full day. Contents will vary but typically include: A Session Leader's Guide, comprehensively explaining how to run the Session. A graphic and animated Powerpoint presentation, which both illustrates and structures the Session. A relevant set of Briefing Notes. Copies are issued to delegates, as their reference notes on the subject, at the end of a Session. Individual and Team practical exercise materials. The total inclusive cost of every Full Session Training Package, irrespective of subject, length and content, is £90, or alternative currency equivalents. Practical Exercise Training Packages contain all the materials required to run longer and more complex Training Exercises than those featured in Full Session Training Packages. They require more sophisticated management and informed debriefing. If appropriate, they can be run in conjunction with Full Session Training Packages to engage delegates in a more testing 'hands-on' experience, which effectively reinforces key learning points. There are, also, a number of 'Hybrid Packages', in this Category. These have been augmented, by Full Session Package style lecture presentations, to achieve their aims. The total inclusive cost of every Practical Exercise Training Package is £45, or alternative currency equivalents. Briefing Notes are an essential component of all our Full Session Training Packages, and some 'Hybrid Packages'. They provide a detailed summary of the key learning points, together with an analytical examination, of a selected subject. They represent a valuable learning instrument, in their own right. The Briefing Notes, for all our Full Session Training Packages and some 'Hybrid Packages', are available for purchase, separately, at the inclusive price of £12 per subject, or alternative currency equivalents.
